Potatoes, Ciklamen Red

Ciklamen potatoes were developed in Hungary. Very good flavor, and like most red potatoes they are considered a waxy type potato, which means they hold together very well for things like salads, soups, and roasting. Note: As you would expect, there is a range of sizes that were harvested, but each bag will have a uniform size.
